- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 egg
- 2 cup self rising flour
- 1 cup powdered sugar (glaze)
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise (glaze)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla (glaze)
- 1 tablespoon water (glaze)
Steps
- Mix all ingredients and pour in a 9x13 pan. Spray pan with no-stick spray.
- Bake 20-25 min.
- For the glaze, mix powdered sugar, mayonnaise, vanilla and water and pour over bars while hot.
- Slice and serve.
