- 6 tablespoon butter or margarine
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 3 tablespoon light corn syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 4 cup corn chex
- 4 cup rice chex
- 1 cup broken pretzel pieces
- 1/2 cup honey roasted peanuts
Steps
- In a large bowl, place margarine, brown sugar and corn syrup. Microwave on high for 1 min. or until butter is melted.
- Add baking powder and mix until dissolved.
- Add cereal, pretzels and peanuts and stir well.
- Microwave on high for 3 mins., stirring after each minute.
